Guided slow journey through Brda
Persolis E-Bike Vineyard Ritual is a complete guided boutique experience exploring Goriška Brda, where movement, wine, and landscape come together in a slow, curated day.
Together with a local guide, you will set off on e-bikes along selected routes through vineyards, olive groves, and charming villages. Each stop becomes part of the story of the region – with panoramic views, moments of tranquillity, and a connection to the land revealed at a natural pace.
At one of the carefully selected locations, you will enjoy an intimate wine tasting with a local winemaker, discovering the character of the region through selected wines and stories of the land.
The day concludes with a Persolis picnic at a scenic viewpoint – featuring local delicacies, seasonal fruit, and a bottle of wine, surrounded by the complete privacy of nature.
